Return & Exchange Policy

At Hawks Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policies below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, any perfume that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that show signs of use or damage may qualify for a partial refund, at our discretion.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Eligible Products: Exchanges are accepted for unopened and unused items.
  • Process: Contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
  • Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the product was defective or sent in error.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Replacement or Refund: We will either send a replacement or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
